How long will it take to receive my item?

If you place your order before 2:00pm, we dispatch your item the same day. If you are ordering from the UK, the maximum delivery time is 2-3 working days. The time required to receive your package also depends on shipping selection and location. 

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 days return policy. If you find you have ordered the wrong size and will need to return your item, just pop us an email and let one of our team know.  Please ensure the item is unused and in it's original condition. Inside your package please ensure you have enclosed a note with your full name and reason for return.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we do offer exchanges as long as the item is in it's original condition and it has not exceeded 30 days. Email one of our team and let us know which size or style you will be exchanging for. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. All our packages are shipped using international courier services that we trust. We provide tracking information from the point of shipment. 

If I have a complaint or fault with my item, what do I do?

Please fill in a contact form, which will then be sent to our faults team. Your enquiry will be dealt within 24 hours by our customer service team. Or you can call our customer service team on 0161 425 3435 and discuss your problem.  

Where does our Leather come from?

Our leather is carefully manufactured in Sialkot by our team of designers and craftsmen. Our team work together to ensure we are delivering the highest quality leather to our customers, made with care for long lasting leather. 

How can I keep my leather looking it's best?

There are many great leather products out there to ensure your jacket, waistcoat or hat stays looking it's best. We would recommend using a leather waterproofer on your hat every so often and a leather spray on your jacket/waistcoat to give it back that shine.
