Refund policy

Products that are unused can easily be returned. Before returning any purchases, you should email sales@lesacollection.com or call 0161 4253435 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday only). You have to properly explain your cause for returning and pay all the return postage. Should you desire to swap any items, postage must be paid for both the initial delivery and the later swap. Goods must be returned within thirty days of the invoice date; we retain the right not to take anything back beyond this period. Every returned item has to be unused. Except for defective items, post-age will not be reimbursed. Undelivered or damaged returned items are not something we take responsibility for. Any claims for undelivered or returned items arriving damaged must be made via the courier you engaged to forward the items to J&S Accessories Ltd. Any items bought via our Mail Order Department may be returned to any one of our locations; our stores cannot provide you with a refund; this will be handled by the Mail Order Department.
