Policy on Returns and Refunds
We appreciate you buying at Lesacollection.com. We are here to assist you should your purchase leave you not totally happy.

You have time before delivery to cancel any products from your order. You will have to follow the returns policy below, however, if you exceed the cut off period and we have delivered it.

You have thirty calendar days from the date of purchase to return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you got it to be qualified for a return. Your item has to be in original packaging. Your item must have a receipt or evidence of purchase. Please get in touch with us if you need more information or if you doubt any of our policies.

We advise you to return your items using a safe approach and save your receipt in case of non-delivery so you may get in touch with your delivery company. We regret not being liable for returned products not delivered. Should you pay more for your purchase, this expense will not be repaid unless items are defective or erroneously delivered. To get a refund or exchange, items must be returned to us within thirty days after receipt. Any goods not returned to us may not be swapped or reimbursed.

 
Retunds
We will check your item once we get it and let you know we have received your returned item. After looking over the item, we will let you know right away on the state of your return. Should your return be authorized, we will start a refund to your credit card (or original form of payment). Depending on the rules of your card issuer, you will get credit within a certain number of days.

Transportation
Returning your goods will be your responsibility for paying for your own shipping charges. Shipping is not refundable. Should you get a refund, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from it. Get in touch should you have questions regarding returning your purchase to us.
